Dresher School of Music offers individual lessons in strings, woodwinds, brass, piano, guitar, and voice for beginning through advanced students. Both Suzuki and traditional string methods are offered. Lessons are taught in 30, 45, or 60 minute lengths depending upon age and proficiency level.
Chamber Music Ensembles
Students are encouraged to experience the joy of playing music with their peers. Students of like ability and proficiency level are free to explore the exciting world of chamber music, coached by our faculty members.
Audition Preparation
Our choral and instrumental faculty will coach students to audition for district orchestra, band, chorus, and other musical performances.
Music Together® Parent/Child Classes
Parent/ child music and movement classes for infants through age 4. Weekly classes include singing, dancing, fingerplays, rhythm instruments, and tonal and rhythmic play. Tuition includes CD, cassette tape, and songbook of class songs as well as a parent guide. Visit our Music Together® web site for full information.
Music for Little Mozarts
A keyboard class for children ages 4 through 6.
Fun-filled classes will develop each child's musical skills and encourage their musical creativity. The classes will provide children with a foundation to begin formal instrumental instruction. Beginner, intermediate and advanced levels of the class will be offered. Full information here
Performance Opportunities
Student recitals offer students the opportunity to perform in a formal setting for their
family and friends. The recitals are held in June.
Faculty Concerts
Our extremely talented faculty performs both solo and chamber works.
These concerts are a wonderful way for students to be inspired and hear great masterpieces
performed by their teachers.
